1. Do you deliver during MECQ?
Yes, but there will be no delivery to cities under Liquor Ban during MECQ.
2. How long will the delivery take?
Deliveries to non-liquor ban cities will be made on the same day as long as orders are placed before 5 p.m. Orders made past 5 p.m. in NCR will be delivered the next business day.
3. Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?
Liquor Library will still take orders from outside Metro Manila but customers shall understand that delays are expected due to MECQ.
4. Is there a minimum order and prepayment required when ordering?
Liquor Library does not require a minimum order for any purchase.
5. Can I re-schedule or cancel my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +639175400271 as soon as possible if you wish to re-schedule or cancel your order. For more information on cancellations, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. How and where do I add delivery instructions?
In the last step of the checkout page, you may leave your notes in the space provided.
***Since all deliveries at the moment are administered by Grab delivery, you may add notes in the space provided on the app.
7. Are there shipping fees? How much?
Current shipping costs are calculated and administered by Grab delivery. Final shipping cost will be made known to the customer before the dispatch of purchase.
8. I’m not home. Can someone else receive my order?
We encourage you to let us know if you will be unavailable to receive your order. We will require the person to receive your order on your behalf to present a valid ID to our delivery personnel.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. In the event that one or more of the items purchased is unavailable for any reason, a replacement item will be suggested by a customer service representative. In the case that the price of the replacement item is greater than the original item, the difference must be paid for in cash prior to receiving the order. In the case that the price of the replacement item is less than the original item, store credit will be applied. No cash refund will be given. If a replacement is not suitable, then the price of the unavailable item/s will be applied as store credit with a six (6) month expiration date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Liquor Library.

Liquor Library has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Liquor Library shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
