How long will the delivery take?" open="true"]Deliveries to non-liquor ban cities will be made on the same day as long as orders are placed before 5 p.m. Orders made past 5 p.m. in NCR will be delivered the next business day.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="3. Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?" open="true"]Liquor Library will still take orders from outside Metro Manila but customers shall understand that delays are expected due to MECQ.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="4. How much?" open="true"]Current shipping costs are calculated and administered by Grab delivery. Final shipping cost will be made known to the customer before the dispatch of purchase.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title="8. I’m not home. Can someone else receive my order?" open="true"]We encourage you to let us know if you will be unavailable to receive your order. We will require the person to receive your order on your behalf to present a valid ID to our delivery personnel.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. In the event that one or more of the items purchased is unavailable for any reason, a replacement item will be suggested by a customer service representative. In the case that the price of the replacement item is greater than the original item, the difference must be paid for in cash prior to receiving the order. In the case that the price of the replacement item is less than the original item, store credit will be applied. No cash refund will be given. If a replacement is not suitable, then the price of the unavailable item/s will be applied as store credit with a six (6) month expiration date.
