Description
Tasting notes: After harvest, fruit was crushed and cold-macerated
before fermentation, with smooth pumpers. This
technique offers a unique wine full of color and charm.
Clean and brilliant, of red color pillory with breaking down weave.
In nose, it is intense. There appear recollections of fruits of the
forest and defaults, with bottom of smocked and old leather.
In mouth it is velvet with intense tannins, all assembled good.
The retro nasal passage is powerful and agreeable.
