Description
Crystalline appearance with delicate golden tints. The effervesce is fine, delicate and steady. The fresh, rich and complex nose develops delicate notes of yellow fruit including vineyard peaches, pears, and mirabelle plums.
On the palate, the wine shows a captivating balance between ripe fruit and minerality, without being excessively unctuous. Its liveliness provides a rare balance between those elements that you might think would clash.
